NCVSI – Terms & Conditions

1. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and truthfulness of the personal, academic, and institutional information you provide;
• Ensuring that you are legally authorized to submit the documents you upload;
• Complying with all instructions and requirements for verification, including payment of applicable fees.

Any errors in your submission (e.g., wrong recipient, incorrect school selection, or missing documents) may result in delays or denial of service.

2. Verification and Document Transmission

NCVSI acts as a digital intermediary between students, nursing institutions, and credentialing bodies. We transmit documents only after:

• Your academic institution has verified or uploaded the transcript or document;
• Institutional signatories have approved the record;
• All required information and fees have been submitted.

We reserve the right to verify identities, institutional credentials, and document authenticity prior to transmission.

3. Platform Access and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use false identity or impersonate another person;
• Upload forged, altered, or unauthorized documents;
• Tamper with or attempt to reverse-engineer the NCVSI system;
• Share your login credentials with others.

Misuse of the platform, including falsified or fraudulent submissions, may result in:

• Permanent account suspension,
• Notification to your academic institution and relevant councils,
• Potential legal consequences under applicable laws.

4. System Limitations and Indemnity

NCVSI is not responsible for:

• Rejections by credentialing agencies or schools;
• Delays caused by third parties (schools, councils, verification bodies);
• Incomplete or incorrect information submitted by you.

You agree to hold NCVSI harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse or errors in using the service.

5. Changes and Updates

NCVSI may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform and become effective immediately. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international digital service regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts or designated arbitration centers.
